Cancellation Policy
Brain and Body Recess Booking & Studio Policy To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated experience for all clients, massage appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance of the preferred appointment time. This allows us sufficient time to properly prepare for your session and manage scheduling availability. Same-day bookings are accepted only if they are made no less than 3 hours before the requested time and are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely and high-quality service to all clients.
