We accept all major card providers on-site, as well as FHS/FSA (Federal Health Spending Cards) and PIP (Personal Injury Protection). While we are out of network for treatments, we can provide a superbill for our services to assist with insurance reimbursement. Memberships are the best option for regular visitors.
