Couples Touch Recess™ — (Private)
Couples Touch Recess™ is a high-touch, guided workshop designed for couples seeking deeper connection, clearer communication, and a more intentional relationship to touch. This experience blends proven techniques, embodied learning, and facilitated practice to help couples slow down, build trust, and reconnect through consent-based, mindful touch. The focus is not performance or therapy, but presence, awareness, and relational intelligence. This workshop includes: A 90-minute facilitated learning experience grounded in consent, communication, and intentional touch Breathwork and meditation cues to support nervous system regulation and shared presence A guided bonding and integration ritual to anchor the experience An optional curated beverage pairing and light appetizer, offered to support ease and connection. This workshop is educational and experiential in nature. Couples are guided through structured practices that can be revisited and integrated into daily life. No prior massage or bodywork experience is required. Couples Touch Recess™ is offered as a limited-attendance experience and may be revisited through a monthly or bi-monthly flow (subscription option available).
Cancellation Policy
Brain & Body Recess™ Cancellation Policy Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you book, we hold space just for you. Standard Services (≤90 min): 24 hrs’ notice required. Late cancels 12-24 hours before scheduled appointment: 50% of service booked charge. Same-day/no-shows: 100% of serviced booked charge. Extended, Couples (2 ppl), Multi-Services: 48 hrs’ notice required. Late cancels 24-48 hours before scheduled appointment: 50% of service booked charge. Same-day/no-shows: 100% of service booked charge. Groups/Events (3+ ppl): 72 hrs’ notice required. Deposit 50% of service booked. Late cancels/no-shows: 100% of service booked charge. Late arrivals: 15-min grace period, after which your session may be shortened or treated as a no-show. Courtesy & Emergencies: One free waiver per year. Fees waived for illness/emergencies if rescheduled within 30 days. A card and/ or valid payment method on file is required. Apple Health clients are exempt from fees under Washington law. Clients with prepaid sessions or packages will have the applicable session deducted from their balance in lieu of a cancellation or no-show fee. By booking, purchasing, or attending any appointment, event, or service with Brain & Body Recess™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Continued use of our website or participation in our services constitutes your binding agreement.
