Parnisia Thomas

Parnisia Thomas is an experienced massage therapist who specializes in various techniques, including Sports Massage, Dr. Thomas’ Muscle Stripping Protocol, and Lymphatic Drainage. She is also known as the Limbic Hacker, a technique she developed that combines massage and energy healing. Parnisia is a registered Yoga instructor and a dedicated advocate for girls and young women.

Chris List

Chris started practicing yoga in 2001. Eight years later, she completed 200-hour teacher training in 2009. She taught yoga in carceral facilities through Yoga Behind Bars. Chris believes that yoga offers versatile tools for everyone. She teaches invitational, accessible, trauma-informed principles with slow-flow Hatha yoga and adapts to the needs of her students.

Faraji Bhakti

Faraji is an abolitionist, certified Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor, and Sound Bowl Therapy guide. His commitment to healing through somatic practices extends to his work with Seattle Public Schools and Yoga Behind Bars. His passion for poetry, spoken word, and sound therapy inspires self-awareness through yoga.

Anne Dennon

Anne is a yoga teacher, a dancer with over 20 years of experience, and a new Mommie. She completed her Hatha teacher training in 2019 and is passionate about yoga philosophy and asanas. Join her Baby and Me Yoga class.

Lauren Staal

Lauren started practicing yoga in 2017 to counteract desk job fatigue. She discovered revived strength, flexibility, and mental clarity in yoga and became passionate about sharing its benefits. In 2023, she completed Universal Yoga teacher training under Andrey Lappa and is now a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance.

Lori Broznowski

Lori is a yoga instructor and multi-sport athlete with 15 years of yoga experience. After 25 years of teaching fitness classes she discovered Universal Yoga and became a certified instructor in the practice. She is an avid skier, cyclist, hiker, and rock climber. For Lori, yoga is the perfect complement to any sport and any daily routine.
